Only thing servers that are server specific anymore is the auction house and guilds. Neither of which benefit from being hirde/alliance balanced. 2. They had a list on thier website as well but they included that it might not be up to date. Not a New York data center. Server time and data center location dont correlate.. Silvermoon is one of the most active PVE servers in EU for Alliance. If you're Alliance then I'd suggest staying on Silvermoon. If you're Horde then go Draenor.
